株式会社アップセットでは、アメリカ合衆国オレゴン州ポートランドにございますMultnomah University（マルトノ
マ大学）のスポーツ部門とウェアパートナー契約を締結しました。
弊社では、2013年夏には、同地域で開催されているバスケットボール独立リーグIBLとの連携や、同リーグに
参戦するのEast Bay Pitbullsのユニフォームウェアを制作した実績もございます。
弊社の特徴であるフルオーダーメイドの昇華プリントウェアを中心としたサービスを生かし、多くのお客様に喜ん
で頂けるように取り組んで参ります。

【Multnomah Universityについて】
1936年に創設されたクリスチャン大学。所在地はアメリカ合衆国オレゴン州ポートランド。
当初は聖書学校としてスタートし、現在では、神学を始め、航空技術、経営学、教育学、
文学、歴史などを学ぶカリキュラムが存在している。また、学士号以外にも、修士、博士
過程も存在する。
宗教学に関する書籍の作家などを多数輩出。日本にも、同大学を卒業した牧師が教会で
活動しているケースもある。

The Multnomah University Athletics Department is pleased to announce a partnership
with the Japanese athletic apparel company, UPSET, to outfit the six new programs
this coming fall.
In late May MU Athletics Director, Lois Vos, and Athletics Guidance Team Chairman,
Gary Akiyama, met with the President and CEO of UPSET, Shogo Ono, and his business
partner, Yuka Chujo, to discuss the benefits of this international partnership.
UPSET is a sportswear company based in,Kawaguchi, Saitama, Japan (north of Tokyo),and
is a major supplier for many of the professional basketball and soccer leagues throughout
Japan. In recent years they have also partnered with the International Basketball
League, a US based semi-professional basketball league.
UPSET was started to provide quality and affordable sportswear for the youth in Japan.
From there, their unique designs and high-satisfaction rates allowed them to expand to
supplying gear and uniforms for many of the professional basketball and soccer teams in Japan.
The partnership between UPSET and Multnomah marks the first and only USA Collegiate
partnership for UPSET.
"We are very excited to partner with UPSET and Mr. Ono-son." MU Athletic Director,
Lois Vos said,, "Their products are very unique and will help us to be on the 'cu
tting edge' with our uniforms. It is neat for us to be able to say that we are t
he ONLY teams in the country wearing UPSET gear. We are honored to be their first
U.S. college partners, and I hope this will be a long and fruitful partnership."
The partnership will provide MU with uniforms for the inaugural seasons for the Men's S
ccer, Women's Basketball, Cross Country and Golf teams for the upcoming 2014 seasons.
